The SICM discussion board (On-lineFC) is a well-used one that contains some excellent debate and points of view put across on a whole range of different subjects. The spread of people posting is also quite broad and so inevitably you get some lively discussion at times, which is good. You can check it out here - why not come and join us! Current topics in general spiritual include Todd Bentley, women in leadership and questions on healing. You need to register to post, but that's a simple enough affair. The site is well-moderated and so is suitable for all ages.
