November 24 2008 In the morning Stewart took the service at Tipton Family Church where he spoke on the story of Moses and the burning bush. It's a well known passage in the Bible but when we open it up it contains some very challenging and encouraging points. There was also a missions update at TFC where Stewart shared more about the progress of the wells in Uganda. In the evening Stewart took the service at Providence Baptist Church in nearby Coseley, where he spoke on the fact that God knows everything about us, but still loves us. Providence has sponsored a couple of wells in Uganda, and a further one (that is current) has been sponsored by Jack and Sally Fownes via their wedding anniversary gifts. Photographs for this well are actually in the process of being taken and as soon as we receive them (by mail) we will publish them on the site. Following the service at Providence it was still all-systems go as Stewart's youngest daughter Miriam was playing bass at a youth service in Birmingham. So a busy day but a blessed one, and that's what really counts.
