James Colton newsletter

We started sending James' December newsletter out at the end of November and today the final batch has been posted. For those who aren't on the mailing list but visit the site regularly to keep in touch with news from Tanzania, the newsletter is copied below. The next one will be May 2009 and sent out from April.
