Davy Sichone, who once translated a leadership manual for us into Portuguese destined for Mozambique, has been involved in a recent church plant in Zambia. The information below gives details of the new work as released by the people involved.
ABUNDANCE OF GRACE MINISTRIES
PREAMBLE The above ministry was setup on the 10th of June 2010 by Pastor Henry and Br Davy who after the promting of the Holy Spirit decided to establish the above ministry having the same faith and vsion VISION Our vision is to train men and women who will light up the uttermost (the unreached) with the Gospel of Christ Jesus who have the passion and calling of God upon their lives. Hence our ministry is two fold, Abundance of Grace as a church is where discipling of converts is done. It’s also un inter-denominational network for rural outreach, in this part of ministry we get involved in missions with the trained disciples periodically as the Lord directs. OUR MISSION To send disciples in the mission field.Plant churches in the identified localities (unreached)Help train the untrained church leaders in the rural setup locality, Help church leaders to understand that it’s not about building image of their local churches but that it’s all about wining souls for Christ. Visit the afflicted in their affliction, eg; widows and vulnerable children. OUR APROACH To reach them with the Fathers Love, Getting into their locality and live with them as ministry is being done on the ground so as to, set an example of Christ as they learn from us daily. Show Jesus film, doing crusades, and door to door evangelism. Establishing biblical studies. Our challenge Our challenge is that most un reached places is the rural setup which is far from urban, hence making it difficult to travel. For this reason its our humble plea to our partners to help in anyway possible. Source literature such as Bibles and other needs, Source video projector, musical instrument and P.A.system.
