The nation of Uganda, along with many others in the continent of Africa, has recently been hit by devastating floods. Levi Elonga, our National Representative, reports that the villages within Olio county where the recent well projects were implemented, have not been affected. However other communities in the Soroti district have been badly hit by the extreme weather conditions. Bridges have been washed away, roads are flooded, and Levi, along with many others in that area, has been travelling around by boat. The work continues! In fact he reports that the situation has created a window of opportunity, as people are open to the Good News at this time.
