What we do as an organisation working in Africa is to look for nationals that we can work with, rather than do it ourselves and expect people to then do what we tell them. Of course it goes without saying that you really need to make sure that you get the right people, otherwise it all ends up in tears. But one of the good guys that we work with is Robert Chidundo in Tanzania. In his recent report to us, he tells of their latest mission where 42 gave their hearts to the Lord. He also adds the following, which is a great encouragement to everyone that supports Robert: 'The work is growing here in our local church. We have had eleven new believers in the last two months, and frankly speaking, without the SICM support it would be impossible for me to travel with the team. We thank God very much for our director Stewart Bloor, who first received the vision from the Lord. The impact of what SICM is doing in Tanzania is remarkable - I am very privileged to be a Representative.' Spirit led and organisationally driven |
