Vision means...to inspire

Vision is contagious
Visit many nations of the world and they will insist that you have a yellow fever vaccination certificate. Why? Because it is highly contagious.
In a similar way, vision is also contagious. It spreads from one to another rapidly!
2 Kings 2:9 'Elijah said to Elisha, Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you? Let me inherit a double portion of your spirit, Elisha replied.'
After spending time with a man of vision, all Elisha wanted was to get a piece of the action.
Vision is taught and caught. It doesn't just happen.

Vision produces a positive attitude
Proverbs 27: 17 'As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.'
Get connected to godly people, those with vision and passion.
Negative people will never build us up in the things of God. It's the easiest thing in the world to be a critic, to pick faults. But all it will do is drag people down.
To some people, the glass will always be half-empty rather than half-full.
Of course, we need to be realistic as well. Vision is about balance, it's not a case of getting carried away.

Vision brings out the best in others
Philemon 10-11 'Onesimus...formerly he was useless to you, but now he has become useful.'
Paul was a man of vision and this affected others.
Motivational speakers have existed in the Church long before the term was coined by the secular world.
