Had a phone call from Silas. He is still having heart trouble. He has been for further check up - which cost 200,000/= Tanzanian shillings (about 100 pounds sterling) and they diagnosed it is trouble with his heart muscles caused they think by stress in Silas's life these past few months. They prescribed medicine but one dose costs 150,000/= Tan. shillings.

They have also controlled his diet - no meat etc. but to use fresh milk, fish and greens.

Silas needs your prayers - needs God to help him to do heal him and to meet his needs.
