how to order

Contact us to let us know what you want (Every item has a unique number ie FM 0001 etc) and get the payment sorted and the item will be on its way.

We do offer postage discounts for more than one item (this can be considerable, for example many will travel at no extra cost thus eliminating the additional postage charges altogether). Due to the large numbers of permutations it is impossible to list every combination, so unless stated on items, all you need to do is contact us with the goods required and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the adjusted price.

 

 

how to pay

1. Cheque. Made payable to SICM and sent to PO Box 1216, Dudley, DY3 1GW. England. (Postal Orders are also acceptable)

2. Bank transfer. This is the quickest way to do business. Transfer payment and the item will be on its way in the next post. We will let you have bank details on request.

3. Cash. If you are local to us (Dudley/Wolverhampton area) then you can collect at a time convenient to you. This also eliminates postage charges altogether.

Our guarantee to you is that we will treat you at all times with courtesy and respect, and will do all that we can to ensure that you are totally happy with your item. We will keep you informed from the moment we receive your order till the time it is despatched.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, just let us know and a full refund or credit note will be offered. Your total satisfaction is our aim.
